Welcome to PIXIP ACADEMY. By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions stated below. These terms govern all interactions between the student (referred to as “you” or “the participant”) and PIXIP ACADEMY (referred to as “the institute”, “we”, or “us”).

1. Enrollment & Admission

  1. Admission to any course becomes valid only after the full payment or the first installment (in case of installment plans) is successfully received.
  2. PIXIP ACADEMY reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing specific reasons.
  3. Students must provide accurate personal information during registration. Any false information may lead to cancellation of admission without refund.

2. Course Fees & Payment Terms

  1. All course fees must be paid through approved payment modes listed on our website or provided during registration.
  2. Fees are subject to change without prior notice; however, once enrolled, students are protected from changes for that batch.
  3. Students opting for installment-based payments must complete all installments as per the agreed schedule, irrespective of course continuation (refer to Refund Policy).

3. Refund & Cancellation

  1. Refunds are provided only when PIXIP ACADEMY cancels a course due to unavoidable circumstances such as operational issues, insufficient enrollment, or instructor unavailability.
  2. Refund requests from students who decide to withdraw, discontinue, or change their mind after enrollment will not be accepted.
  3. Disciplinary removal from class does not qualify for any refund.

4. Course Delivery & Schedule

  1. PIXIP ACADEMY reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or venue if required.
  2. Rescheduling or shifting to alternate dates does not qualify as a course cancellation and does not make the student eligible for a refund.
  3. Students must attend all scheduled sessions to receive certificates (if applicable).

5. Student Conduct & Disciplinary Actions

  1. Students must maintain professionalism and respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, fellow students, and models during classes, practice sessions, and outdoor shoots.
  2. The institute reserves full authority to expel or rusticate any student for:
    • Misconduct or harassment
    • Disturbing classroom environment
    • Damaging institute property
    • Violations during outdoor/field sessions
  3. No refund will be provided in cases of disciplinary action.

6. Use of Photography Equipment & Safety

  1. Students are responsible for the safety of their own cameras, lenses, and personal belongings.
  2. The institute will not be liable for theft, loss, or damage to student equipment during classes or workshops.
  3. During outdoor shoots, students must follow all safety guidelines provided by instructors.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All course materials, presentations, videos, assignments, and demonstrations are the intellectual property of PIXIP ACADEMY.
  2. Students may not reproduce, share, distribute, record, or upload these materials without written permission.
  3. Photographs taken during practice sessions may be used in student portfolios but not for commercial use unless explicitly allowed.

8. Website Usage

  1. Users must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to data, servers, or systems.
  2. Content published on the website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by PIXIP ACADEMY and must not be copied without permission.

9. Privacy

  1. Personal information provided during registration is used solely for academic, communication, and administrative purposes.
  2. We do not share or sell personal data to third parties except as required for payment processing or legal compliance.

10. Limitation of Liability

  1. PIXIP ACADEMY will not be responsible for:
    • Loss or damage of personal belongings
    • Injuries caused by negligence or failure to follow safety instructions
    • Technical disruptions during online sessions (if applicable)
  2. Courses are educational in nature—specific job placements, income outcomes, or career success are not guaranteed.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal matters related to PIXIP ACADEMY courses, payments, or policies are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a course, accessing our website, or making any payment to PIXIP ACADEMY, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
