At PIXIP ACADEMY, we are committed to providing high-quality photography education and maintaining transparency in all financial transactions. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for course enrollments made through our website or approved payment channels.


1. General Policy

All payments made towards course enrollment at PIXIP ACADEMY are considered final. By completing a payment, students acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following condition:

  • If PIXIP ACADEMY is unable to offer the course due to unavoidable circumstances such as insufficient batch size, operational issues, instructor unavailability, or any other valid administrative reason.

In such cases, the student will receive a full refund of the amount paid, processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • When a student decides to withdraw, change their mind, or discontinue after securing admission.
  • When the student feels they no longer wish to continue after attending some or all classes.
  • Dissatisfaction with teaching style, class timing preference, or personal reasons not attributable to the academy.

All such scenarios are strictly non-refundable.


4. Installment-Based Enrollments

Students opting for installment payment facilities agree to the following:

  • All installments must be paid in full as per the agreed schedule, even if the student chooses to discontinue the course midway.
  • Defaulting on installments will result in administrative action, including denial of further classes, legal recovery process, or withholding certificates.

5. Disciplinary Actions

PIXIP ACADEMY maintains a professional learning environment. The institute reserves the full right to expel or rusticate any student for:

  • Indiscipline
  • Misconduct
  • Disruptive behavior
  • Harassment of peers or instructors
  • Violations during classroom sessions, outdoor shoots, field trips, or official institute activities

In such cases, no refund—partial or full—will be issued.


6. Course Cancellation or Schedule Changes

If a course start date is rescheduled due to valid operational reasons, students will be notified in advance. This does not qualify for a refund unless the academy fully cancels the batch.


7. Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved (as per Section 2):

  • Refund will be credited within 7–14 business days.
  • The time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank processing speed, and mode of payment.

PIXIP ACADEMY shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal matters related to payments, refunds, or course enrollments will fall strictly under the jurisdiction of Kolkata courts only.


10. Policy Acceptance

By paying the course fee and completing the enrollment process, students acknowledge:

That they fully accept the non-refundable nature of the program except under the situations mentioned in Section 2.
