At PIXIP ACADEMY, we believe that excellence in photography begins with discipline, respect, and responsibility. Our Student Code of Conduct ensures a positive, safe, and professional learning environment where every student can grow creatively and technically. By enrolling in any course, students agree to uphold the following standards:

1. Professional Behavior

Students must maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward instructors, classmates, staff, and guests at all times. Any form of misbehavior, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive activity is strictly prohibited.

2. Punctuality and Attendance

Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for smooth learning. Students are expected to arrive on time, participate actively, and complete all assignments and practical sessions.

3. Respect for Institute Property

Students must handle all equipment—including cameras, lighting gear, studio setups, and classroom tools—with care. Any damage caused by negligence will be the student’s responsibility.

4. Academic Integrity

Plagiarism, copying others’ work, or presenting someone else’s photographs as your own is strictly forbidden. Creativity must be original, ethical, and aligned with the institute’s values.

5. Responsible Use of Technology

Mobile phones should not be used during class unless required for learning activities. Recording classes, instructors, or other students without permission is not allowed.

6. Outdoor Shoots & Field Activities

During outdoor sessions, workshops, or trips organized by PIXIP ACADEMY:

Students must follow instructions carefully.
Respect public spaces and people while shooting.
Safety rules must be strictly followed at all times.

7. Dress Code and Personal Hygiene

Students must dress modestly and comfortably, suitable for both indoor and outdoor photography sessions. Good personal hygiene is expected, especially during close-contact shoots and assignments.

8. Substance-Free Environment

The use of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicants in the classroom, studio, or during official institute activities is strictly prohibited.

9. Disciplinary Action

The institute reserves the right to warn, suspend, or expel any student showing repeated misconduct, indiscipline, harassment, or violation of this Code of Conduct. Decisions taken by PIXIP ACADEMY management will be final.

10. Respect for Community & Creative Culture

PIXIP ACADEMY is a collaborative learning space. Students are encouraged to support one another, share ideas respectfully, and contribute positively to the creative environment.

11. Legal Compliance

Students must comply with all local laws while participating in institute activities. Any disputes are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.
